Little Sharks Jiu-Jitsu
Our Little Sharks program is a playful, high-energy 45-minute class designed specifically for children ages 5 and under. Young students stay active while being introduced to the basic movements and foundations of martial arts in a fun, engaging environment that builds focus, coordination, and confidence.
This is a great way to keep your children up and active. Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students participate in different activities, games, and exercises to keep them healthy and mentally alert.
We make sure to introduce our Little Sharks to the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. Students are taught different basic techniques and concepts that will build their foundational skills for their future training.
