Instruction/Class Monthly Fee. Attend as many classes throughout the month. These classes are intended for Adults and older/invited teens. Please let us know if you are interested in competing and we will make sure that you are ready!
*Gi, NoGi, Muay Thai and MMA -All Inclusive
Instruction/Class Monthly Fee. Unlimited. Introduction to basic Jiu Jitsu. This 45min class is designed for the younger ones. Learning basic warm-up drills and basic Jiu jitsu positions. Some younger than 4 years old children maybe placed in this group depending on the ability to pay attention , size and agility.
This discount fee of $40.00 only pertains as long as there is 1 Paying Adult or Paying Child in the same household.
Unlimited Classes for the month. Typically ages 6 and up. This is an hour class and designed to move at a quicker pace, with a warm-up followed by instruction and drilling with a partner And going live in class.
*Jiu Jitsu 1hr class *Wrestling 1hr class. Muay Thai 45 min class.
Unlimited classes for the month. This class is designed for the upper belts in mind. The warm up should be done without assistance. Student in this class are learning advanced moves. Most in this class have competed or getting ready to compete. Instruction, drilling and a longer live roll time.
*Must be a Grey Belt and Above to attend, unless invited by Coach Rich.
*Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai . All Inclusive.
