Introduction
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) New Creations Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu, LLC (NCWJ) privacy polices related to the said website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”) designed for download and use by New Creations Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu members, prospective members, and guests. NCWJ Privacy Policy describes the personal information that the site may collect or receive from users of its Sites and how that information may be used or disclosed. By using NCWJ site, and any services or products available, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agreed to the terms and conditions of MCWJ Privacy Policy and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, as described herein. This Privacy Policy is subject to revision. Any revision to the Privacy Policy will be posted here, with a notation of the effective date of the most recent revision. Your use of the site following a revision to the Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

We may in limited instances, however, share information for the following reasons and with the following persons:

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve and enhance your experience on our Sites. When you use the Sites, ISHC may collect non-personal information through cookies, server log files and “pixel tags.” This information is used to improve the Sites. Examples of these items include:

In regard to delivering NCWJ advertisements to individuals, the use of non-PII data (non-personally identifiable information), website visitation data and website activity data are utilized by our partners in order to better target ads and provide a more relevant experience. This non-PII data does not identify an individual person yet it typically identifies a device or browser. As a result, we do not respond to “do not track” signals.
